At Ease Tea (Caffeine + Pain Relief)

This house made tea blend contains:

Assam, red raspberry leaves, & meadowsweet herb

Not only is this tea blend naturally caffeinated (derived from assam black tea leaves), but it also has so many potential health benefits . Each ingredient was chosen for its potential ability to relieve pain! Not only is this a great pain reliever but the red raspberry leaves promote hormone regulation as well! We love to have this tea over ice but it is absolutely not a requirement and is delicious no matter how you choose to enjoy it! 
You will also receive a thrifted (unique to every order) mug/tea cup as well as a reusable cotton tea bag. Intentional Botanical Blends is very passionate about being loving and respectful of Mother Earth as much as we can, which is why we've chosen to include these two items. We would also like to encourage you to consider composting your left over tea leaves after you enjoy a cup of tea if this is possible for you!
